In Print Art Book Fair 2023

In Print Art Book Fair is pleased to announce an open call for submissions for IPABF 2023, scheduled for January 11-13, 2023. For the fourth year, our fair will take place at The Hansen House, a cultural hub and historical building in the Talbieh neighborhood of Jerusalem. Over the span of three days, exhibitors will have the opportunity to showcase and sell their art books, interact with visitors, and network with other art book enthusiasts. 

 

We’re seeking a diverse group of local and international artists, art book publishers, small presses, zine makers and printmakers to submit their work. This year, we’re also pleased to expand in scale compared to previous years, aiming to host approximately 75 exhibitors. As our fair grows, we look forward to international participation in addition to representing local artists.   

 

Our fair map spans two floors, featuring curated booths, publications, art book launches, artists talks, and more. Year after year, In Print Art Book Fair proves to Jerusalem’s art scene: Print is not dead.

Apply to In Print Art Book Fair 2023

 

Want to participate? Past participants and first-time exhibitors are encouraged to apply for a booth, half booth or shared booth at In Print Art Book Fair 2023.

 

The deadline for application is October 20th, 2022, at 11:59 PM IST.

 

You are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. Acceptance will be confirmed on a rolling basis, starting Nov. 1, 2022, with final notifications sent on November 10th, 2022. Notifications will be sent to the email address connected to the submission form.  

 

In your application, please highlight the projects you are most proud of, award-winning initiatives and/or books that are a critical part of your work. We aim to offer visitors something new and fresh every year, so if you’ve applied to IPABF before, please also keep in mind to include your most recent projects, or projects that haven’t been exhibited at our fair before. 

 

Please pay careful attention to instructions, including directions for uploading images, nature of descriptions, and preferences for booth size and sharing.

In Print Art Book Fair

Promising Artist Award

​

The In Print Art Book Fair Promising Artist Award will be granted to emerging artists (artists, artists' book publishers, or emerging collectives) who have graduated within the last five years and have recently published an art book, artist book and/or zine. The purpose of this award is to recognize excellence in the medium of print and encourage artistic practice related to the creation of art books. 

 

Recipients will be granted a booth at IPABF 2023 and an art book launch during the opening night of the fair.

Booth Fees 

 

Price of booths for all three days

 

Full booth (180x60 cm*): 450 ILS

Half booth (90x60 cm*): 300 ILS

Quarter booth (45x30 cm*): 175 ILS 

 

*Approximate booth sizes, accepted applicants must pay for booths by December 10, 2022.
